Welcome to Astr, the online platform owned and operated by Cushk Technology Est. (Commercial Registration: 1010645520), headquartered in Riyadh and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "you") and Cushk Technology Est. ("we", "the Platform", or "Astr").

Article 3: Free Service Policy

3.1 Service Policy
- •All Astr platform services are completely free including creating and downloading resumes
- •We reserve the right to add paid services in the future with prior notice, without affecting current free services
- •No payment information is required to use the platform
3.2 Usage Limits
- ✓We reserve the right to set reasonable limits on downloads to prevent misuse
- ✓Personal and professional use is permitted
- ✓Commercial use for resale is prohibited
3.3 Future Changes
Prior Notice
If any paid services are added in the future, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
Current free services: Core services (creating, editing, downloading resumes) will remain free.

Article 8: Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or reputation, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

9.1 Service Modification
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without prior notice.
