Article 1: Introduction & Definitions
Welcome to Astr, the online platform owned and operated by Cushk Websites Trading Est. (Commercial Registration: 1010645520), headquartered in Riyadh and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "you") and Cushk Websites Trading Est. ("we", "the Platform", or "Astr").
⚖️ Important Definitions:
- • Platform: The website astrsa.com and all its associated services
- • Service: The resume creation and editing service
- • Content: All data and text entered by the user
- • Account: The user account for accessing platform features
⚠️ Warning: By using the platform or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Article 2: Service Description
Astr is an online platform specializing in creating resumes using AI technologies. Our services include:

- • Browse and preview professional templates
- • Limited trial of resume evaluation (CV Grader)
- • Limited trial of the interview simulator and job matcher
- • Basic AI suggestions
💎 Pro Subscription
- • Unlimited PDF resume downloads during your active subscription
- • Unlimited AI chats and resume improvements
- • Access to the interview simulator and job matcher, with up to 20 match analyses per 24 hours for subscribers
- • Advanced AI, up to 10 saved CVs in your account, and priority support
📋 How It Works:
- 1. Create an account and start editing your resume for free
- 2. Pick a template and customize the content as you wish
- 3. Try our tools (grader, interview simulator, job matcher) within the free limits
- 4. Subscribe to Pro to unlock unlimited downloads and all advanced features
Article 3: Pricing, Subscription & Payment
Astr Pro Subscription
Based on the plans available on the pricing page
3.1 Plans & Pricing
- •We offer a free plan with different limits by feature: 3 resume checks per day, a shared total of 3 PDF downloads per account, and 3 job matches in total per account. Assistant messages use a 48-hour window; not all allowances reset daily.
- •Astr Pro durations are listed on the pricing page for your country and payment provider. The plan duration, current price, currency and renewal terms are shown at checkout before you confirm payment
- •Plans may be one-time purchases or automatically renewing subscriptions, depending on the selected plan and payment provider. The duration and renewal terms are shown before payment is confirmed. Automatic renewal can be cancelled through subscription management
3.2 Payment Methods
- ✓We accept mada, Visa and Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay for users in Saudi Arabia
- ✓Payments are processed by secure, licensed payment providers. We do not store your card details on our servers
- ✓Prices are denominated in Saudi Riyal (SAR) by default and may be displayed in other currencies for users outside the Kingdom
3.3 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds & Cancellation
No refund is available after you have used the subscription, such as downloading documents with Pro features or using paid AI tools. Activation alone does not count as use. If you have not used or benefited from the service, you may request cancellation of the contract within seven days of contracting, subject to applicable law. This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including any applicable remedies for non-delivery, service defects or billing errors. Contact support to have your case reviewed.
Cancellation: If your subscription renews automatically, you can cancel renewal from subscription management to prevent future charges while keeping benefits until the end of the paid period. Canceling renewal does not refund a period you have used.
Article 4: Account & Registration
4.1 Registration Requirements
- •You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform
- •You must provide accurate and correct information during registration
- •Only one account per person is allowed
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account data
4.2 Account Termination
✅ Your Right to Terminate
Request account deletion from Dashboard → Profile → Delete account. You have a 30-day recovery period from the request date; signing in during this period cancels deletion and restores access. After this period, the account and its personal data are permanently deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.

Article 7: AI-Generated Content
When using AI features in Astr, please note the following:
- ⚡Suggestions only: AI-suggested content is for guidance and should be reviewed
- ⚡Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the final content
- ⚡No guarantees: We do not guarantee that generated content will be suitable for all purposes
- ⚡Variable quality: Suggestion quality may vary based on provided inputs
Article 8: Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
⚠️ Service Provided "As Is"
The platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8.1 What We Don't Guarantee
- Platform availability without interruption or errors
- Getting a job as a result of using your resume
- 100% accuracy of AI-generated content
- Template compatibility with all ATS systems
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or reputation, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Article 9: Service & Terms Modifications
9.1 Service Modification
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without prior notice.
9.2 Terms Modification

- •We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page
- •We will send a notification for significant changes
- •Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modifications
Article 10: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and the Personal Data Protection Law.
10.1 Dispute Resolution

Article 11: General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with the privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
Severability
If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
Authoritative Version
The Arabic version is the authoritative version in case of any conflict.
